The Therapeutic Relationship
Some of our deepest hurts come from our relationships with others, and so does our most profound healing. Our commitment is to bring that essential healing component into every session.
MEANINGFUL CHANGE
The opportunity to think and talk about your difficulties in a reflective manner can not only create a sense of relief, but also help you make meaningful changes to your life and relationships.

Many health insurance plans include mental health coverage, including therapy with a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I am not able to direct bill your insurance. I will, however, provide you with an insurance-friendly receipt for each session. I encourage all clients to check with your insurance company in advance of booking to find out what your coverage is and how to be reimbursed for counselling costs.

Part of therapy is building a relationship and it’s important that you feel comfortable and safe discussing the issues you most struggle with. Ensuring you and your therapist are a good fit takes intuition and often some time developing a relationship. We offer 15-mintute phone consults to discuss what you are looking for and for you to assess if you feel comfortable with your therapist. To book a 15-minute consultation, click here.
