Many health insurance plans include mental health coverage, including therapy with a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I am not able to direct bill your insurance. I will, however, provide you with an insurance-friendly receipt for each session. I encourage all clients to check with your insurance company in advance of booking to find out what your coverage is and how to be reimbursed for counselling costs.

We are by appointment only and we book our times based on our appointments. Your session time is your time and if you are late, we will meet for the remaining time left in your appointment slot. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the session time.

Part of therapy is building a relationship and it’s important that you feel comfortable and safe discussing the issues you most struggle with. Ensuring you and your therapist are a good fit takes intuition and often some time developing a relationship. We offer 15-mintute phone consults to discuss what you are looking for and for you to assess if you feel comfortable with your therapist. To book a 15-minute consultation, click here.
