The Therapeutic Relationship

Some of our deepest hurts come from our relationships with others, and so does our most profound healing. Our commitment is to bring that essential healing component into every session.

The opportunity to think and talk about your difficulties in a reflective manner can not only create a sense of relief, but also help you make meaningful changes to your life and relationships.

Part of therapy is building a relationship and it’s important that you feel comfortable and safe discussing the issues you most struggle with.
